Hi Karim,

There actually is an upgrade path for Server 2003 MCSA's to Server 2008 MCITP Server Administrator.

When you pass exam 70-648 you complete the requirements for two Server 2008 Certifications:

    - 70-640 MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration
    - 70-642 MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure Configuration

In addition to the 70-648 exam, you must pass the 70-646 MCTS: Server 2008 Server Administrator exam to obtain your MCITP: Server Administrator certification.

And we have training for both of the exams:

70-648 MCTS: http://www.trainsignal.com/Upgrading-Your-MCSE-MCSA-on-Windows-Server-2003-to-Windows-Server-2008-MCTS-P60.aspx
70-646 MCTS: http://www.trainsignal.com/Windows-Server-2008-Server-Administrator-Training-P58.aspx

Let us know if you have any other questions!

This article was very helpful to me. I'm trying to decide which cert path to take and this really made it very easy as to which way to go. I hope Brain Nelson will continue to share he knowledge with us.
