Okay. I noticed the following after installing Hyper-V role in my Network Connections.

I now have a Virtual Network and its labled Local Area Connection 3. That I understand.

However, my normal Local area connection no longer says Enabled, but it is not "Connected", and it looks as the Virtual Network is the one that is connected and is running everything. Is that normal?

This is just a test server and only has 1 Nic

I thought its about time to give Hyper V a try. I was trying to use ESXi 4, but I'm unable to get vsphere to work with win7, so I think I will try Hyper V. Quick question. Does it have a management interface like ESi like "Virtual Infrastructure client" or Vsphere? so that I can manage it from say my desktop and not always having to login to the server 2008 machine?
